Training on Vacation

I’m going to be living the tropical resort life for a week or so. Assuming the gym will contain 50lb dumbbells and maybe a Smith machine, is it worth trying to piece together something resembling “training,” or should I just chill out? Anything that you would suggest in the weeks leading up to a vacation that would help maintain gains over the break?

If you’re able to do some training, you’d maintain better than by not training, of course. All depends on your priorities when it comes to vacationing.
