Transitioning from one template to another

Hey new to the forum so thanks for the info you provide!

probably been answered a million times but I’m starting my first ever template from the BBM team (4 day hypertrophy) and I’m wondering how to transition to another template after the 7 weeks. Do i go straight into another template or is there a transition I need to do (Low stress)?

also what do you suggest as a program to follow up the 4 day hypertrophy if aesthetics is the main goal? I enjoy the big lifts and staying fairly strong but am mostly worried about hypertrophy.

Hi Grant and welcome! When you start a new template, you can simply jump right in. As far as what to do next, there are a lot fo threads here with ideas on that, but you have a few options-if this goes well, you can certainly repeat the 4 day another time before moving up. Or you can do the Bridge 3.0 next.
