I purchased the legacy 12 week strength template a very long time ago and have used it many times since; however, im now looking for 3 day templates. I have seen many people talk about how it can be turned into a 3 day template; however, i cannot find the pdf manual anywhere so how would you guys go about doing this?

We don’t have a standard 4-day to 3-day conversion for the programs, as many of them have their own peccadilloes. For this template, I’d do something like:
Day 1:
Priority Squat (day 1, slot 1)
Supplemental Bench (day 2, slot 2)
Supplemental DL (Day 4, slot 1)
Day 2:
Priority Bench (day 1, slot 2)
Supplemental SQ (Day 3, slot 1)
Accessory Bench (Day 1, slot 3)
Day 3:
Priority Deadlift (Day 2, slot 1)
Supplemental Bench (Day 3, slot 2)
Accessory Squat (Day 2, slot 3)
