Do you think unilateral work is necessary to do in order to keep healthy or to prevent future muscle imbalances? Do you add single leg work in your training, if not when would you add them or think they would be good to dk
No, we don’t think it’s necessary.
Why not?I thought their purpose was to prevent any imbalances
