What next?

I have done the bridge, hypertrophy 3 day, now week 4 of the bridge 1.0 . I have purchased bridge 3.0 and hlm templates. Which one should I do next? Thank you!

Either one would suit you well, I think. Take a look in each one and choose the one you find more enjoyable. Personally, I imagine HLM would be more different from what you’ve been doing, so I’d go for it.
