Strength I would be the recommendation
Thank you Jordan. IF i want to build both strength and size, which should i start with?
Also, I was reading journals/training logs for Strength I and for overload s/b/d … if my gym doesn’t have bands, chains, etc. what are my options and are all the overload work based off my 1 rep max for my s/b/d?
