Hey Jordan,
I am finishing up the New Beginner Program 2nd Generation and I can’t say enough great things about the program!
I ended up finishing hitting a 275lbs Squat, 310lbs Deadlift and was benching around 215lbs to 225lbs depending on the day and RPE.
This program was a great return to the gym for me and helped me build some consistent habits.
My question is based on this what do you think I should try next? My main goal is to continue to increase my SBD… and secondary would be get more muscle size.
