What Program to try next?

Hey Jordan,

I am finishing up the New Beginner Program 2nd Generation and I can’t say enough great things about the program!

I ended up finishing hitting a 275lbs Squat, 310lbs Deadlift and was benching around 215lbs to 225lbs depending on the day and RPE.

This program was a great return to the gym for me and helped me build some consistent habits.

My question is based on this what do you think I should try next? My main goal is to continue to increase my SBD… and secondary would be get more muscle size.

Great to hear, and strong work!

I’d either do Hypertrophy I or Powerbuilding I. Both are strength/size focused, where hypertrophy I is a bit more size-focused, and powerbuilding leans more strength-focused. Either one would be great for you.
