I’m just coming off a strength phase with a strength-focused climbing/lifting coach. I really enjoyed it and I got really strong for it in preparation for my climbing season which starts mid-march. I’d say I’m an intermediate lifter at this point.
As cost is an issue, I would prefer to just use a template for my in-season strength training. I enjoy doing the 3 main lifts and just enjoy strength-focused workouts in general.
I was thinking of purchasing the Strength I template and to just adjust it to 2-times a week for my in-season training. Is this a good choice? Or should I use the Bridge? Thoughts on cutting the frequency in half for in-season strength training?
