Which one do you recommend for a novice?

For a novice who doesn’t want to power clean which LP do you recommend?

First Option: The program from practical programming

Monday Wednesday Friday
Squat 3*5 Squat 3*5 Squat 3*5
Bench Press/Overhead Press 3*5 (alternating) Overhead Press/Bench Press 3*5 (alternating) Bench Press/Overhead Press 3*5 (alternating)
Chin-Ups 3*F Deadlift 1*5 Pull-Ups 3*F

Chin-Ups and Pull-Ups are done until Failure and if 15 reps can be completed you should consider doing the Weighted Chin-Ups and Pull-Ups.

2nd Option: SSLP just rows instead of power cleans.

Or anything else you can recommend? Thanks in advance.

I wouldn’t recommend LP unless it’s the only way you will train. Either option is fine, but I’d rather have you do the bridge.
