For a novice who doesn’t want to power clean which LP do you recommend?
First Option: The program from practical programming

Bench Press/Overhead Press 3*5 (alternating) | Overhead Press/Bench Press 3*5 (alternating) | Bench Press/Overhead Press 3*5 (alternating) |
Chin-Ups 3*F | Deadlift 1*5 | Pull-Ups 3*F |
Chin-Ups and Pull-Ups are done until Failure and if 15 reps can be completed you should consider doing the Weighted Chin-Ups and Pull-Ups.
2nd Option: SSLP just rows instead of power cleans.
