I have two more weeks on the Texas Method, which I know you disapprove, so I’m trying to transition BBM’s approach rather than following the methodology outlined in Practical Programming.
I have never used RPE. Should I start out with Bridge 1.0 to get familiar with it? Or since I am coming from doing TM, do something like the HLM instead, as I am no longer an intermediate? Would you still consider me an early intermediate trainee?
Which of your intermediate programs would you recommend for a guy who is trying to increase strength without worrying about putting on weight?
