Which row variation?

I’m going to be starting the free portion of the beginner program this coming week, and purchasing the full program shortly after. My question is which row variation is expected for the programmed barbell row sessions? Is this the row from the floor method as shown by Alan Thrall on YouTube? https://youtu.be/RQU8wZPbioA

I don’t have it before me but I took it to mean Pendlay rows (bent over, weight rests on the floor between reps). That’s the one from that video IIRC.
