Whole milk vs skim milk

After tracking my macros , I’ve found an easy place to decrease my fat would be in milk, unfortunately that’s also the place where I get a lot of my protein intake. With that being said , I’ve always heard whole milk has more nutrients than skim or 2 % and is of a better quality , is there any science to back this up or is it all just myth.

It has more calories and vitamins per unit, but other than that…meh.

So protein vs protein you’d say it’s probably of the same worth though ?

Doing a bit of research, check this out. The USDA database is useful for questions like this.

Look at the Amino acid section and see for yourself if the protein is appreciably different. I submit that it really isn’t different enough to concern yourself with.

Not sure what you mean by “worth.”

The quality of the protein in both products is high and your daily calorie intake is much more important overall anyway such that I don’t think this is an issue worth worrying about outside of that [calories]
