12 Week Press Template

I tried your free strength program “The Bridge” and decided that i want something with a bigger emphasis on the press. Now that your “12 Week Press Template” is available, i would like to know if it compares to the “12 Week Strength Template”, in that it focuses on maximal strength development in the three respective main lifts. I understand that the press is the primary upper body movement instead of the bench press, but is the latter completely excluded? If i don’t want to run a primarily strength-oriented program like the “12 Week Press Template”, can you alternatively recommend one of your more general templates that includes more overhead pressing than “The Bridge”?

I’m not sure what you’re asking. There is both benching and pressing involved in both the 12 week strength template and the 12 week press template, but the emphasis is flipped.

Thank you, that’s what i wanted to know. The second part of my post is basically aimed at how much benching and pressing is included in your other programs like the GPP templates or HLM.
