12 week strength 2.0

Hi, we just bought 12 week strength 2.0 template couse of black friday(Thank you for that).
I would like to ask a question about it, why is that after week 8 its only a 3 workout / week insted of 4?

It’s a strategy we’re using in that template to manage fatigue while we ratchet up intensity and peak for the testing week :slight_smile:

I had a question about 2.0 template. What’s the main difference between 1.0 (which I have) and 2.0? I’m running through 1.0 for the second time currently and really like it. Just thinking about upgrading to the 2.0 template for my meet prep next summer and so curious about the benefit of doing so.
