12 week strength template

current pb’s 600/365/620 w/wraps bw 180-200 unknown off seasson and gym lift are irrelevant I know

im getting ready to start the 12 week, next week and its due to me being tired of programning for myself

Questions

  1. Moving day 1&2 to 3&4 slot and days 3&4 to 1&2 slot, would this be an issue leading into last couple weeks of the template?

fatigue from work drags on me from weekend generally dissipates by tuesday.
(i work every weekend physical job)

  1. I hate overhead press sub with seated DB press or leave it?
  1. The reason why 1&2 are earlier in the week are because most people are better rested, and those are comp lift days. If your schedule makes it so you are better rested towards the end of the week, then you should be fine making the swap. I would just go back to the way the template is laid out when it drops down to 3 days per week.

  2. If you don’t care about driving your press up then it doesn’t really matter. You could also swap the close grip incline with comp bench grip width incline since you are punting on press.
