im getting ready to start the 12 week, next week and its due to me being tired of programning for myself
Questions
- Moving day 1&2 to 3&4 slot and days 3&4 to 1&2 slot, would this be an issue leading into last couple weeks of the template?
fatigue from work drags on me from weekend generally dissipates by tuesday.
(i work every weekend physical job)
- I hate overhead press sub with seated DB press or leave it?
