8 Week Window: Which Template?

Hi BBM,

Just completed a great run through of the 4 Day Hypertrophy Template. Was running this on a cut. Waist went from 37 to 34 inches, with some loss in Bench E1RM, Squat remaining static and Deadlift showing a 5kg increase to a new PR. I’m thrilled with this. Medium-term aim is now to run on a slight calorie surplus, keep waist to under 36 inches, and gradually gain strength and size.

Cutting to the chase, I now have 8 weeks to fill before I head off on vacation for a while. Which of these options is best:

  1. Re-run the 4 Day Hypertrophy Template whilst choosing the alternative options for the supplemental work.

  2. Run the first 8 weeks of the Powerbuilding II Template I’ve just purchased (looks great, BTW.)

  3. Run the first 8 weeks of the 12 Week Strength Template (which I’ve run successfully previously.)

Really any of these are perfectly reasonable options, and we don’t have a way of predicting which one may “best” for you vs. another until you run it. Whichever one you think you’d enjoy the most is likely the one you’d get the best results from for now.
