Additional cardio for weight loss

Hi, I’m transitioning from NLP to bridge 3 and have some weight and inches to loose around the waist. My current waist measurement is 115 cm and I want to get this down to a healthy level. I don’t currently compete and I’m much less concerned about body weight.

My understanding is that the nutritional aspect to loosing the inches is the most critical. However Im wondering if you’d recommend additional cardio and in what measure beyond GPP to encourage getting the inches off efficiently .

If you’re just transitioning from the novice program to one of the templates, I wouldn’t add much beyond what’s already there, as it’s already going to be a substantial increase in workload compared to what you’re used to. You may benefit from adding in more work later on in the future.
