Advice re: what to run next?

About to complete the old school free Bridge 1.0 program. Enjoyed the program and want to continue in the same vein - ie. strength focused.

Do not know which program to run next. The options seem to be:

Strength I (appears to replace The Bridge which I am shortly to complete)
Strength Lifting II
Power Lifting II

The difference between the Strength Lifting II and Power Lifting II is unclear.

Prefer a 3 day program but could squeeze a 4 in if necessary.

If anyone can steer me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!

Going by that, your logical next choice would probably be the Strength I template, followed by either Powerlifting II or Strengthlifting II.

I believe the main difference is that Strength Lifting prioritizes the squat, OHP, and deadlift, whereas Power Lifting prioritzes the squat, flat bench press, and deadlift.
