Air Bike for Endurance Template

Hi all,

I’m about to start the Endurance template. I don’t have access to a rower, and I can’t guarantee that’ll be able to get out and run consistently. I do have an air bike though. Can anyone recommend alternate testing more suited to an air bike for weeks 1 and 8 in the template?

I’d just turn them into time trials for max distance.

For the 400m test, I’d do a 1-minute max Calorie or distance air bike.
For the 5K test, I’d do a 20-minute max Cal or distance air bike.
For the 1 mile test, I’d do an 8-minute max Cal or distance air bike.
