Greetings, Doctors.
I do not have access to a power rack (in my city, afaik), and I don’t see a way to execute Pin Benches with the exiting equipment in my current gym.
Is there a reasonable alternative for replacing this exercise in The Bridge? Either among the other variations included in the program or something like incline/decline benches or something else…
I searched for this question in the history, but had no luck.
