hy! I would really like to try out your bridge program but in garage I have squat stand (not rack) and I do not have anything to do pin lifts with.
Is there a solution, diferent variation of squat, bench and press that I can do that will effectively replace pin lifts?
How do you squat and bench without any safety pins? I would strongly recommend having the appropriate equipment to train productively.
I know that is not the smartest thing to do, I know.
but on the bright side, I’m planning to invest in gym at the beginning of next year, so thanks for recommendation, I will consider on buying pins
