Hi, I’m planning on doing The Bridge next week,but after reading the book I found an exercise I can’t do because of the lack of equipment in the gym I go, and that is the pin squats, the thing is that my gym does not have a proper power rack with pins, it has the typical Life Fitness squat rack (https://lifefitness.co.uk/facility/products/signature-series/olympic-squat-rack), what should I do, I can try going ultil the bar touches the side bars of the rack but that may be at least 1-2 inches more bellow hitting depth, any recommendation would be appreciate it,

Happy to see you’re starting that! In this case, you can do 2 ct paused squats instead.

@LeahBBM I’m sorry to bother you again, but the Pin Bench in week 7 would be replaced for 3 ct bench, or for another variation, like floor press?
A 2 ct or 3 ct paused bench will be fine.
