Body-weight exercises

Hello,

Is there any practical benefit in training to perform advanced body-weight (planche, front lever, etc.) exercises? For example, making the ligaments and tendons stronger than just using barbels?

I’m not sure that doing those movements make ligaments and tendons any more resilient or “stronger” compared to resistance training in general. They’re just different- not better or worse- but different.
