Nearly through my second run of The Bridge 1.0 with good results(thank you very much for the free program) after aimless power lifting for a couple of years.While enjoying the gains,I have also enjoyed the food and believe its time to get my fat levels in check.Would also enjoy something a little different,and possibly aesthetic.

Bench 265 x5
Press 160x5
Deadlift 365x5
Squat 315x5 *dealing with a little knee injury atm
Due to time constraints the gpp days have often taken the backseat to the training days.
So The bridge 2.0,7 week GPP Hypertrophy bias,or something else?
