What to do after GPP Hypertrophy?

Hi,

I just had a brief question, with some information for context.

I’m on week 6 of the GPP Hypertrophy Template, lifts have gone up and during this time I’ve been in a steady calorie deficit (to get to a comfortable physique / bodyfat).

Was 175 lbs @ 5’8 and now 166lbs - waist measurement around 32-33 inches.

Is it possible to go onto the bridge following completion of GPP temp? I ran it somewhat inconsistently at the start of the year, then without giving a life story -didn’t train much, regressed in strength, gained weight / body fat etc.

Current Lifts :
180kg x 1 @ 8 - Deadlift
140kg x 1 @ 8 - Squat
Bench 82.5kg x 1 @ 8 - Bench
Press 55kg x 1 @ 8 - Press

Sorry for weird measurements, I’m a brit, weigh myself in lbs but plates are in kgs.
