My low back is fully healthy to train the 3 main lifts no pain for squats, deadlfits or bench if its low bench height (compeition height).
But I have strange pain from lying down then getting up.
Any sort of DB pressing is painful but its only when I finish the set and get up with the DB’s (especiually heavy ones like 30kgs+).
When I lay on my back and belly I can feel the smallest slight nerve pain then the process of getting up is when its triggers more. V-up ab exerciss also triggers it.
Any idea on what I can do? Was thinking maybe crunches to desentizie it?
Hey ironfreedom - based on the info you’ve given here, I would likely have you engage those provocative movements to tolerance and, as you mentioned, dose in sit-ups and other variations to tolerance.
