In the “At-Home” template PDF file, it states that each template is designed with 3 days of resistance training and 3 days of conditioning per week. But in the Excel file for each week, I only see 3 days of resistance training and one GPP day.
Am I supposed to do the GPP 3 days per week, in between the 3 days of resistance training that are tracked in the Exel file?
Hello! There are 3 conditioning days included-one LISS, one HIIT, and one circuit. And then you have daily walking goals as well. Hopefully that helps clear up the terms a bit!
I actually had the same question and was surprised to see it already asked. I’m still a little confused though, walking is for every single training day, or every day of the week? Also does the walk not count as low intensity steady state work?
For the HIIT day, is it 6 sprints or 7? Just thrown because 6 goes to only 10:20 on my timer bc it doesnt factor in the final rest, but my impulse would be to do that and end at 10:20 rather than go to 12:20
