Couple of programming questions

Hello BBM Crew, first of all I would like to thank you for all the info that you put out for free, It helps tremendously.
Let me first clarify that I’m not following currently any of the templates, but the examples still apply.
I have two simple questions. Let’s say that my setup is 5 times a week of Lower body / Upperbody / X / Lower Body / Push / Pull (It’s the 5 day Eric Helm’s hypetrophy program)
But sometimes my schedule doesn’t allow me to go mondays and so I move day one and two to the right. The thing is that leaves me with 5 consecutive days, then sunday/monday rest and start again. Is this very suboptimal or is it not that big of a deal?
The other question is that every 4th week I deload taking one set off everything and the intensity drops 10%. When I usually star the cycle again I’m stronger and I can add weight but that first week, specially with legs I get sore as hell. The thing is that it just happens after the deloads, the next 3 weeks (even with increased in intensity) I get 0 doms. Is this normal? Or is it also subotimal? I hear Austin once said that he only gets sore after peaking, but that’s once every couple of months, so I would love a clarification with this matter.

  2. Yes, this is common after a deload (though I’m surprised it’s happening after just a 10% drop)
