Deload after week off?

If I am in the middle of a training cycle and had to take an unexpected week off during the second week of a four week block that concludes with a Deload do I still really need to take that Deload?

basically I was in week 2 of a strength block, had to take a week off, returnee for a good week 3 of training, and now I have a Deload.

I feel great and don’t feel a real need for a Deload but also don’t want to be stupid? Can I / should I skip it?

Yep, just keep repeating the training week until it stops working for you or you have to change things otherwise.
