Endurance Template Chest Supported Row

I’m currently on week 6 of the endurance template, and the single arm dumbbell row myo reps switched to a chest supported row, does anyone know if that is meant to be done with two dumbbells or a barbell? Thanks!

If you have access to a T-Bar row machine with a chest support that is probably best. If not since you will probably want a linear style progression a bar set up with an incline bench is probably the best way. You could use dumbbells as well but as usual you have to go up 5 lbs each side in most cases when you progress a 10 lb jump might be a bit much.

I’ve been doing the barbell style and its a bit awkward since my rogue bench has a pretty substantial support under the pad which really restricts the range of motion. I’ll switch over to dumbbell rows, good news is with myo reps you can just increase the activation set reps until you hit the upper limit of the range, then increase weight and drop to the lower limit (ideally). Thanks!
