Following BBM peaking template, got sick before test day.

Hello all. I dont quite know how these forums operate so hopefully someone sees this.

I’ll keep it brief. I’m following the bbm peaking template trying to test my strength in a pseudo meet style. This is the first time I’ve tried this as I am relatively new to training (10mo). 4 days before my test day I have fallen Ill. What do? Should I try to do it anyway? or just take the L and start a new program?

Depends how sick you got, but if there’s no pressing meet or competition I’d probably just move onto a new program and train. You’ll regain the lost strength quickly, but there’s no real reason to test in this scenario.
