I was on week 6 of the bridge and loving it, planning on repeating it now that I got the hang of it then… While biking to work I fell and fractured 4 ribs on my right side, the anterolateral 4th 5th 6th and 7th ribs specifically.
My question is if there is any advice for people with rib fractures. The Dr said no lifting heavy weights for 4-6 weeks and to avoid contact sports (I’m going to miss out on some snowboarding now as well) but I don’t want to suffer from Gainzopenia.
