So, due to time restrictions and gym closures I’ll only be able to train 3 days this week. I was thinking of training twice in one day to get all 4 days of volume in, once in the morning and once at night. Would it be better to do that or just do the modified 3 day version of the program? I’m on week 4 of the 12 week strength template vs 2.0

Good question!
I would try doing it like this:
Day 1: Normal 3 lifts + 3rd lift from day 4
Day 2: Normal 3 lifts + 3rd lift from day 3
Day 3: Normal 1st two lifts + Day 4’s first 2 lifts.
You can split those up if you need to!
