Is there any significant drawback of doing the GPP directly after my last workout of the week, instead of doing it on a separate day?
The only thing I can think of is that 25min LISS on an exercise bike, the day after a workout, could help in recovery because you get good blood flow into the muscles without the eccentric loading.
