GPP days

In the directions for the beginner template you discussed the conditioning being more important than the arm and upper back work on GPPs days.

I have some mild elbow tendonitis? (self diagnosed) and it feels better when I only do conditioning for GPP. So I let my elbows rest. Is this recommended long term? How important is the additional upper back on the GPP days? Recommendations? Thank you for your help.

None of it is super important, but we’d recommend you ease your way into it over the next few weeks. This may require using much lower fatigue variations, e.g. machines, light DB work, etc.
