Do any of you think it would be fine if I were to add a few sets of shoulder isolations on GPP days? Something like 3-4 sets of laterals or facepulls I’m currently running the 4 day GPP Hypertrophy template and will run the strength lifting 2 template next.
Yeah, you’ll be fine. In my (limited) experience, arm isolation exercises don’t add a lot to overall fatigue.
