Help for old guy

Hi Jordan, Austin. New here, like what you’re doing. I’m 65 years old, 5 years under the bar. Weight 235, height 6’4. Best lifts: Squat 325, Deadlift 415, Bench 255, Press 165; all done last year. Austin, we met at the SS Seminar in Wichita Falls last year, where you improved my bench press.

I’m shopping around for an intermediate program and some guidance to get me to press 200, bench 300, squat 400, and deadlift 500. Does your Bridge program apply to my demographic? How can you guys help me (fee paid and otherwise)?
