HIIT with no equipment

Hello Jordan and all,
Can I get some recommendations (other than running and sprinting) for HIIT and LISS without equipment?
​​​​I don’t have a rower or bike etc. just barbell weights and dumbbells and hoping that you all can help out with suggestions.
