I am just about to wrap up week 13 of Strength III. My test day was supposed to be this Friday. Due to some life circumstances it looks like I may have to postpone the test until next week. I was thinking about hitting my singles (repeat day 1) tomorrow or Friday and then restarting week 13 again to test next Friday. Would you recommend something different?
Is there a reason you have to postpone a full week? Or can it be postponed just a few days (e.g., by a session), to the start of next week?
I definitely do not have to wait a full week and can test any day next week, just not this weekend.
Yep, if you’ve already completed the “peak” towards a test, I would not attempt to draw that out another whole week. Rather, would just do another similar session towards the end of this week, and move your test to session 1 of next week.
