Strength Templates - Testing Lifts on Separate Days

Hello Dr.

How can we set up the final week if we wanted to test the lifts on different days, instead of a meet setting? Should anything be modified on the previous weeks as well?

I’m doing Strength 1.

You can do one lift per day as 1 @ 8, 1 @ 9, and 1 @ 10. I wouldn’t necessarily change anything about the week before.
