Ok to run General Strength & Conditioning after Powerbuilding I?

I am about done with Powerbuilding I and trying to figure out what to do next. I’m 5’6" 170 lbs. Body fat probably around 17-20%. I’d like to cut that fat down and improve cardiorespiratory fitness. Is the General Strength & Conditioning template ok to run after Powerbuilding I or am I better off running Powerbuilding II?

That is a completely reasonable strategy. General S/C 1 would be great.
