Hi,
All information I have been able to find was about leg length discrepancy, nothing about this specific issue.
I have left foot bigger than the right one. The difference is about 1 cm, basicaly a shoe size. I dont know how align my feet when I deadlift or squat.
This might be a stupid question but should I align them by toes or heels or should I try to center the smaller one?
