Pain in Right Lower Rib

Hi, I’m currently running the strength 1 template and am in week 13 just about to finish day 2. Just last week I decided to tighten my lever belt 1 notch because I thought it wasn’t tight enough, and afterwards experienced slight pain in my right lower rib area. Whenever I dig my hand softly on it I feel some pain, however depending on where I place the belt during the squat, it doesn’t necessarily hurt, but I feel a little pain after taking off the belt. Moving forward to finish the template, should I stick with my previous level or tightness, or stick with the tighter version and get used to it?

I would use a degree of tightness that is tolerable and comfortable.
