Parent of infant template question

Hi BBM,
Welcomed my second kiddo into the world yesterday :-). With my first born, I was able to not need to modify my training really at all while I did the powerbuilding and strength 1 templates (save for maybe some missed GPP here and there). With my second, life is a lot different now looking after 2 kids and my mother-in-law, and my schedule is much more unpredictable.

Im planning on running the SnC template and just sort of do my best. I suspect I will not be able to work out for longer than 30-45 minutes at a time, but that I’ll have time in the morning for some resistance training and a small window for conditioning work in the afternoon. Planning on doing the GPP as well.

Does this sound like a reasonable plan? Or would it smarter to run the time crunch template/mix and match perhaps?

Thanks for your advice with this. I know others parents with infants have posted a multitude of stuff on here so I’ll check that as well.

Congratulations - sounds like you’ll have a lot to juggle soon.

Regarding template decisions, can you clarify that thought process & plan in the context of this thread?

Thank you! And yes, I appreciate you asking/remembering.
I had planned on a consultation, but the truth is I can’t really afford it at the moment. So, plan B is to use the modifications you listed in that thread, sort of substituting the rep ranges and rpe targets of the SnC template for 3-0-3, lower RPE’s, etc on exercises that aggravate my hip, as well as substituting exercises that aggravate it less. Short of actual coaching, just a lot of experimenting and trying to figure things out.
