Wondering if I should get power buildin1 or 2
After 4 months off from covid lockdown I ran beginner’s program still got 3 weeks left but looking at next program
Wouldn’t mind doing a meet early next year.

Bench 165kg rpe 8 (pre lockdown best 180kg)
Deadlift 220 rpe 8 (pre lockdown best 240kg0
body weight 101
