Press Template and Strengthlifting II

Are there any significant differences between running the 12-week press template and Strengthlifting II?

Yes, more volume in the recent template, updated tapering strategies that reflect our user’s results in the later template, and a better (IMO) strategy for fatigue management. In general, I’d default to the latest template whenever possible, but the 12 WS template for press is pretty solid too IMO.

Jordan, is Strengthlifting II just more volume for the Press or is that overall? I bought the 12 week press template last week, but didn’t realize Strengthlifting II was an updated version.
