After running SSLP novice, I have just completed the 12 week strength program with pretty decent results. Is it usually recommended to run it again right after or should I mix in the 7 week GPP Hypertrophy and then go back into the 12 week strength?
You could do it either way, to be honest. If you don’t have a meet coming up soon, I’d probably use the GPP template then come back to the strength one afterwards.
