Question re an exercise in the ‘how to train power after an injury’ article

Hi there

I was reading the following article - How-To Train For Power After an Injury | Barbell Medicine as I do some explosive sports. An exercise called a ‘spider stomp’ is referenced which I’m interested in as Derek notes it can mimic sprint training with like a large ground force reaction. I cannot see a description or example of this exercise anywhere online.

Could someone in the know kindly describe how to do this exercise or advise whether it is know by some other name and I can find some examples of it being performed?
