During Week 2 of the Template it has the main lifts do back offs of “15 reps (sets of 5) at 73% of e1RM” and i just wanted some clarity.
Am I supposed to do 3 sets of 5 equaling 15 reps, is it just MYO reps, or am i meant to do 15 reps for 5 sets?
