Repeating Training Weeks

Hello.

I understand that repeating the last week of a block is recommended if someone continues to see progress. Can the same apply for individual weeks on their own i.e. repeating week 2 until progress stalls and doing the same for weeks 3, 4, 5 etc?

Yes, if things are going very well with a given weekly setup, it is fine to run it as long as you’re responding well to it.
